The shipping charge is based on the weight, the size of packages, and the method of shipping. We will notify you prior to shipping for the costs to be paid in advance. Delivery time is depending on which shipping method you have chosen, either by ground or by air.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If the order is $2000.00 USD or more, we require a wire transfer payment only.

For stock availability your order can be shipped within a few days, custom made order and all bulk order will take a minimum of two weeks for formulation and testing.

We process all payments by third parties and they are very reputable. We never store your financial information so it is always safe.

After receipt of your online order, we will notify our inventory control department to check availability. We will notify you that your order is in process with an estimated shipping date. After the shipment you will be given a tracking number and thank you for your order.

You will receive a shipment notification to show your order has shipped and the invoice will be sent with the order stamped PAID.
